I had the privilege of attending White Earth, Minnesota's 141st Annual Pow Wow in the summer of 2009. These are some of my images from the Pow Wow. I met a board member at the Pow Wow, who linked me to the editor of the White Earth Newspaper, Anishinaabeg Today. A few of my pictures are featured in the August 5th 2009 edition. I plan on continuing to create photography with Native Americans as my subject matter. I want my photography to act as a historical record for Native Americans as well as a learning experience for me about my Ojibwe culture.
